以打印机外壳的注射模的智能设计为主要内容,应用MoldFlow软件进行前期分析,利用UG软件建立模具3D实体模型。并介绍了热流道注射模的设计流程,该设计流程大体包括:塑件的工艺分析、分型面的选择、浇注系统的设计、成型零件的设计、冷却系统的计算、推出机构的设计。

This paper printer with the shell of the intelligent design of injection moulds as the main content,the early stage of the application software MoldFlow analysis,using UG software to establish the mold 3D entity model of hot runner injection mold design process is introduced,the design process generally include:plastic parts process analysis,choice of the parting surface,gating system design,molding parts design,the calculation of the cooling system,launch mechanism design.
