摘要
微型风扇壳为均匀薄壁方形结构,侧壁有两个矩形孔,且内壁有一内扣。要求产品外表光滑且大批量生产。针对产品结构特点,采用CAE分析软件确定了最佳浇口位置,并进行注塑成型过程模拟。利用UG建模设计了一模一腔内外抽芯结构的注射模。结果表明,模具结构设计合理,开、合模动作可靠,经试模,制品可顺利脱模,达到客户设计要求。
The miniature fan shell is a uniform thin-walled square structure with two rectangular holes on the side wall and an inner buckle on the inner wall. Smooth appearance and mass production are required. According to the structural characteristics of the product, the optimum gate position was determined by CAE software, and the injection process simulation was carried out. The injection mould of one cavity with inner and outer core structure was designed by using UG. The results show that the structural design of the mould is reasonable, the opening and closing action of the mould is reliable, the demoulding of the products is successful, and the plastic parts can meet the design requirements of the customer.
