摘要
在生态环境保护的背景下开发新产品,设计师需要优化结构、实现薄壁轻量化设计。分析了模具各类排气机构的形式对薄壁件成型的影晌。对真空辅助注射模具与传统模具进行了对比,结果表明前者在轻量化的薄壁部件成型生产中具有降低注塑压力、减小注射速度、缩短成型周期的优点。
In this paper, the development of new products under the background of the ecological environment protection was introduced. The optimization of the structure was considered for designers to realize thin-walled lightweight design. The influence of various exhaust mechanisms on the moulding of thin-walled parts was explained. Finally, the design of the vacuum aided injection mould was compared with the traditional one. The results indicate that the vacuum aided injection mould shows the following advantages: reducing injection pressure, reducing injection speed and shortening the moulding cycle.
