当代中国的法律人类学发展较晚、译著较少,《法律与人类学手册》中译本的出版为学科发展带来了新机遇。2023年2月26日,商务印书馆南京分馆、法律人类学云端读书会和《法律和社会科学》编辑部联合举办了“《法律与人类学手册》出版暨法律人类学的教学与反思”学术研讨会。会议从法律人类学的大众传播、人际传播、对传播的反思三个方面展开讨论,三者环环相扣,具体分为翻译与出版、研究与师承、影响与方法6个方面,共同推动着法律人类学的成长。此次会议将《手册》作为研讨对象,既是一次传播,了解最新的研究动态;也是一次反思,总结法律人类学的传播方式;更是一次成长,新的时代、新的手册、新的征程,相信未来无限、相信法律人类学会在中国大地上有新的发展。

The development of legal anthropology in contemporary China is relatively late and there are few translated works.The publication of the Chinese version of LAW AND ANTHROPOLOGY:A READER has brought new opportunities for the development of the discipline.On February 26,2023,the Nanjing Branch of the Commercial Press,the Online Book Club of Legal Anthropology,and the editorial department of Law and Social Sciences jointly held an academic seminar on“the publication of the LAW AND ANTHROPOLOGY:A READER and the teaching and reflection of legal anthropology”.The conference discussed three aspects of legal anthropology:mass communication,interpersonal communication,and reflection on communication.These three aspects are interrelated,specifically divided into six aspects:translation and publication,research and education,and influence and methods,which together promote the growth of legal anthropology.This meeting will focus on the“Handbook”as the research object,which is both a communication and an understanding of the latest research trends;It is also a reflection to summarize the communication methods of legal anthropology;It is also a growth,a new era,a new manual,a new journey,believing in the infinite future and the new development of the legal human society in China.
