"枫桥经验"是中国特色调解制度在乡村社会运用的典范,自20世纪60年代被毛泽东主席亲自批示"各地仿效,推广去做"以降,逐渐被全国各地复制、借鉴。随着我国社会主义现代化建设在不同时期的变革,"枫桥经验"也与时俱进,创新发展,针对不同时期基层社会出现的不同类型的矛盾,有针对性地调适先前的调解机制,从而在解决矛盾中赋予"枫桥经验"持久的时代价值和经验内涵。可以说,"枫桥经验"折射出中国特色调解制度在乡村社会秩序建构过程中的历时性叙事,对于基层矛盾解决发挥了其强大的功能,并对我国调解制度的理论拓展提供了丰富的内容。在中国特色社会主义法治建设的道路上,"枫桥经验"继续发扬创新精神,为指导全国各地矛盾纠纷多元化解格局的建构输出本土的强音。

The“Fengqiao Experience”is a model of use of the mediation system with Chinese characteristics in rural society.It has gradually been copied and borrowed all over the country after the highest leader’s comments of“following and spreading all around”in the 1960s.With the changes in China's socialist modernization construction in different periods,the“Fengqiao Experience”is also advancing,innovating and developing with the times,with adaption to different types of conflicts in grassroots society of different periods by adjusting the previous mediation mechanism contrapuntally,thus endowing itself with enduring value and empirical experience connotation through resolving conflicts.It is regarded that the“Fengqiao Experience”reflects the diachronic narrative of the mediation system with Chinese characteristics in the process of constructing rural social order,exerting its powerful functions for the settlement of grassroots conflicts,and providing rich content for the theoretical expansion of China's mediation system.On the road of construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,the“Fengqiao Experience”continues to carry forward the spirit of innovation,and to deliver the local strong voice for guiding across the country the diversified solutions to conflicts and disputes.
