"五四运动"促进了社会整体形成崇尚自由科学的观念,这种观念的转换体现在了民间规范的治理上。很多民间规范的治理理念顺延着"五四精神"延续至今。并且,"五四精神"使得民间规范的治理方式被形塑。自治组织越来越多地涌现,在治理内容上实现了个体自由与认知理性。研究"五四运动"与民间规范治理的关系在于实现传统与现代的抉择,要吸纳优秀传统文化、把握时代脉搏,发挥出民间规范的民主性。国家法应包容反映民主自由精神的民间规范,取缔违背这种精神的民间规范,面对价值模棱两可的民间规范的时候,应从民间规范生成历史背景上摸索选择的路径。

The May Fourth Movement promoted the whole society to form the concept of advocating freedom and science,and the transformation of this concept was reflected in the governance of folk norms.Many of the civil norms of governance ideas followed by the“May Fourth Spirit”continues to this day.Moreover,the“May Fourth Spirit”makes the management mode of folk norms shaped.Autonomous organizations emerge more and more and realize individual freedom and cognitive rationality in governance content.The research on the relationship between the May Fourth Movement and the folk standard governance lies in realizing the choice between tradition and modernity,absorbing the excellent traditional culture,grasping the pulse of The Times,and giving full play to the democracy of folk standard.The national law should include the folk norms that reflect the spirit of democracy and freedom,and ban the folk norms that violate this spirit.
