“三全育人”视阈下地方工科院校“新工科”学风建设路径初探

Preliminary Study on the Construction Path of “New Engineering” Study Style in Local Engineering Colleges Under the Perspective of “Three-in-one Education”

学风建设是高校培养学生成人成才、提升人才培养质量的首要基础和有力保障,是建立“三全育人”长效机制的关键所在[1]。在全面推行“三全育人”改革的重要时期和新工科建设的背景下,高校应围绕立德树人的根本任务,不断增强学生的学习能力、实践能力和创新精神,提升学生的理想抱负和综合素质,加强国际化和家国情怀的引导教育,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展。在良好学风的熏陶引领下,培育未来多元化、创新型卓越工程人才。结合“三全育人”的教育理念和“新工科”建设背景,探索地方工科院校优良学风建设路径。

The construction of style of study is the primary basis and strong guarantee for colleges and universities to cultivate students’adult talents and improve the quality of talent cultivation,and is the key to establish the long-term mechanism of“three-in-one education”[1].In fully implementing the“three full”reform important period and under the background of new engineering construction,the basic task of colleges and universities should be around khalid ents,strengthening the students’learning ability,practice ability and innovation spirit,ambition and the comprehensive qualities of students,to strengthen international and home countries feelings to guide education,promote students’art of morality,intelligence and physique full scale development.Under the guidance of good style of study,we will cultivate diversified and innovative outstanding engineering talents in the future.This paper explores the construction path of excellent style of study in local engineering colleges in combination with the educational idea of"educating people with three qualities"and the construction background of“new engineering”.
