针对马钢特钢公司(以下简称马钢特钢)圆坯连铸机生产中高碳钢时的中间包快换问题,从中间包烘烤、连接件准备、钢水上台温度控制及快换开浇操作方式等方面都做了详细的阐述,并详细说明了中碳钢快换高碳钢的关键技术。

In view of the tundish quick change problem in the production of medium and high carbon steel by the round billet caster of Maanshan Iron and steel special steel company(hereinafter referred to as Maanshan Iron and steel special steel),this paper expounds in detail from the aspects of tundish baking,connector preparation,molten steel temperature control and quick change pouring operation mode,and explains in detail the key technology of medium carbon steel quick change to high carbon steel.
