祥光铜业闪速吹炼炉炉体寿命延长的实践

Practice on Lifetime Extension of Flash Converting Furnace Body in Xiangguang Copper Co.,Ltd.

阳谷祥光铜业有限公司闪速吹炼炉自2007年投料生产以来,在提高产能和炉体安全等方面不断进行改进。在过去3次吹炼炉冷修过程中,对炉体多个部位进行优化,使吹炼炉的安全性能不断提高。2019年4月2日停炉进行第3次冷修,工期55天。本次冷修对吹炼炉排放口水套、竖直水套、内衬砖进行了优化改造,以适应更安全更经济的生产作业。

Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co.,Ltd.carries out continuous improvement on productivity and safety of furnace body since Flash Converting Furnace(FCF)was put into production in 2007.In the past three cold repairs of FCF,many parts of furnace body were optimized to improve furnace safety.On April2,2019,FCF was shut down for the third cold repair with construction period of 55 days.In this cold repair,water jacket of discharge outlet,vertical water jacket and lining brick were optimized to adapt to safer and economical production operation.
