摘要
数控机床是一种典型的机电一体化产品,是由信息载体、输入/输出装置、数控系统、伺服驱动系统、位置反馈装置、机床等部分组成。随着机械制造业和信息技术的不断发展进步,用户对数控机床的专用需求及机床的精度要求也越来越高,熟悉数控机床的控制原理、安装调试方法显得日趋重要。以西门子840D sl数控系统为例,详细介绍在西门子840D sl系统中运用西门子ADI4模块控制哈默纳科伺服系统的过程与方法。
Five axis CNC machine tool is a typical mechatronics product,which is composed of information carrier,input/output device,CNC system,servo drive system position feedback device and machine tool.With the continuous development of mechanical manufacturing industry and the continuous progress of information technology,users’special requirements for CNC machine tools and the accuracy requirements of machine tools are also higher and higher.It is more and more important to be familiar with the control principle,installation and debugging methods of CNC machine tools.In this paper,Siemens 840D SL CNC system is taken as an example to solve the debugging of five axis precision machining machine tool’s eccentric cycloid axis.The process and method of using Siemens ADI4 module was used to control the harmonic servo system in Siemens 840D SL system.
