自动进料快速对心数控破竹机的设计

摘要 针对目前原竹破竹分片加工存在加工效率低、劳动强度大、安全性能差、分片精度低等问题,设计了一种自动进料快速对心数控自动破竹机。该设备主要包括上料机构、对心装置、径级识别及自动换刀机构、推竹机构、竹片导出装置等5部分。开发了竹段自动进料、径级识别、快速上料、双夹料臂快速定位、8刀盘自动换刀、竹段快速对心矫正、连续破竹等连续化加工技术,实现自动进料快速对心连续化破竹。 Aiming at the problems of low processing efficiency,high labor intensity,poor safety performance and low precision,a kind of automatic feeding fast-centering automatic bamboo breaking machine is designed and developed.The equipment mainly includes five parts:feeding mechanism,centering device,path level identification and automatic knife changing mechanism,bamboo pushing mechanism and bamboo strip export device and so on.Development of bamboo section automatic feed,diameter level identification,fast feeding,double clip arm fast positioning,8 knife plate automatic change knife,bamboo section fast center correction and continuous broken bamboo and other continuous processing technology to achieve automatic feed fast to the center of the continuous broken bamboo.
