正视精神文化领域的问题 提升全社会精神境界

精神文化是人的全面发展和中国式现代化的底色。全面建设社会主义现代化强国、丰富发展人类文明新形态,不仅要有高度的物质文明,而且要有高度发达的精神文明作支撑。当前,精神文化发展面临一些现实问题,既有社会主义初级阶段社会形态对精神生产主动性的现实约束、高速增长的现代性与相对滞后的社会文化补给的叠加作用,也有资本无序扩张与社会关系的变形、资本规训对精神文化生产的冲击,还有资本主义全球化与意识形态渗透的影响。为此,需要久久为功,筑牢中国特色社会主义的精神文化支柱,以优质文化产品丰富人民群众精神生活,加强党对思想舆论阵地的领导,培育信仰坚定、精神富有、全面发展的社会主义新人,不断推进中国式现代化事业。

Intellectual culture is the underpinning of comprehensive human development and Chinese modernization.Building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects and demonstrating a new form of human civilization require not only a high level of material civilization,but also a highly developed cultural civilization.At present,the intellectual and cultural development is faced with a number of practical problems.They include the realistic constraints on the initiative of cultural production imposed by the social form at the transitional stage,the superposition of the fastgrowing modernity and the relatively lagging social and cultural replenishment,the impact of disorderly capital expansion,deformed social relations,and capital discipline on the intellectual and cultural production,and the shock of capitalist globalization and ideological infiltration.To this end,it is necessary to make long-term efforts to build the intellectual and cultural pillars of socialism with Chinese characteristics,enrich the people’s cultural life with quality supplies,strengthen the CPC’s leadership over ideology and public opinions,and nurture socialist newcomers who are firmly convinced,culturally and ethically cultivated,and comprehensively developed,so as to enable Chinese modernization to move forward smoothly.
