Guidelines and Policies for Literary and Artistic Work in the Early Days of New Chin’s Founding and Their Effectiveness in Practice

新中国成立初期,我们党制定了一系列具有引领性和指导意义的文艺工作方针政策,为文艺工作指明了道路,充分证明党的正确领导是文艺工作发展的关键。新中国成立初期,党的文艺工作方针政策在继承新民主主义时期优良传统的基础上不断创新发展,在秉持人民性的同时适应形势变化,形成了具有中国特色的中国化马克思主义文艺方针政策,体现了党对文艺工作的正确领导和对文艺规律的科学认识。在党的文艺工作方针政策指引下,新中国成立后的文艺工作取得了伟大成效,推动社会主义事业不断发展,为改革开放后的文艺事业的繁荣进步作出了奠基性贡献。

In the early days of the founding of New China,the CPC formulated a series of leading guidelines and policies on literary and artistic work which highlighted the path for literary and artistic work and fully proved that the correct leadership of the Party is the key to developing literary and artistic work.Meanwhile,the Party’s guidelines and policies for literary and artistic work continued to innovate and develop on the basis of inheriting the fine traditions of the new democratic period,adapting to the changing situation while upholding the people-orientedness,and forming Chinese Marxist guidelines and policies for literature and art with Chinese characteristics,which embodied the CPC’s correct leadership of literary and artistic work and its scientific understanding of the laws of literature and art.Under the guidance of the CPC’s guidelines and policies on literature and art,the literary and artistic work after the founding of New China has made great achievements,promoted the continual development of the socialist cause,and made a fundamental contribution to the prosperity and progress of literature and art after the reform and opening up.
