中国共产党领导力基本理论的建构,对于中国共产党领导力研究必不可少。就理论范畴而言,中国共产党领导力的内涵指的是我们党总揽全局、协调各方的能力;就理论主题而言,要回答实现什么样的总揽全局、协调各方及怎样实现总揽全局、协调各方;就理论基础而言,应坚持“两个结合”,用马克思主义领导科学的真理力量激活中华文明的领导力理论基因;就理论内核而言,是以人民性作为领导力生成的逻辑起点,以群众路线作为提高领导力的根本途径,以人民利益满足程度作为发挥领导力的评价标准;就理论任务而言,是实现中国共产党的全面领导;就理论原则而言,主要包括坚持以中国特色社会主义为方向、以人民为中心、以法治为基础、以德治为保障、以党的自我革命为保证等。

Leadership:Constructing the basic theoretical edifice of the CPC’s leadership is essential to the research of the CPC’s leadership.In terms of theoretical scope,the connotation of the leadership of the CPC refers to its ability to command the overall situation and coordinate all parties;in terms of theoretical themes,it is necessary to answer the question of what kind of overall control and coordination and how to achieve it;in terms of theoretical basis,it is necessary to adhere to“integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China’s realities and fine traditional Chinese culture”and activate the theoretical gene of leadership in Chinese civilization with the truth power of Marxist science of leadership;in terms of the theoretical core,we should take the people-orientedness as the logical starting point for leadership generation,the mass line as the fundamental way to improve leadership,and the satisfaction of the people’s interests as the evaluation criterion for leadership.In terms of theoretical tasks,it is to realize the overall leadership of the CPC;In terms of theoretical principles,it mainly includes taking socialism with Chinese characteristics as the constant direction,the people as the center,taking the rule of law as the basis,the rule of virtue as the guarantee,and the Party’s self-revolution as the guarantee.
