技术资本主义经历了从工业资本主义到数字资本主义的历史演进。算法资本主义是数字资本主义的高级节点和样态。平台是算法资本主义的存在基石和发生场域,这根源于技术绑缚和数字化即“人+手机+平台(算法)”互嵌,以实现对数字劳工全时段、全地域、全领域的监视和盘剥。算法将传统数字资本主义再升级为“自动化新自由主义”,其算法政治和算法文化凝聚而成的算法霸权,仍服务于数字资本增殖。算法社会主义不仅构成算法时代下全球正义的标尺,也是算法资本主义的必然参照和进路。

Technological capitalism has experienced the historical evolution from industrial capitalism to digital capitalism.Algorithmic capitalism is an advanced node and model of digital capitalism.Platform is the field and cornerstone of algorithmic capitalism,which is rooted in the interlocking of technological bondage and digitization,namely“people+mobile phone+platform(algorithm)”,so as to realize the surveillance and exploitation of digital laborers in all time,in all places and in all fields.Algorithms have upgraded traditional digital capitalism into“automated neoliberalism”.Its algorithmic politics and algorithmic culture have coalesced into an algorithmic hegemony that still serves the proliferation of digital capital.Algorithmic socialism not only constitutes a yardstick for global justice in the age of algorithm,but is a necessary reference and pathway for algorithmic capitalism.
