The Evolution of Industrial Labor Process in China:An Industrialization Perspective

工业化道路作用于工业劳动过程的机制,从宏观层次看,国家在一段时期内制定的工业化战略决定了劳动过程中的社会总体劳动关系和劳动保障体制;从中观层次看,我国工业产业结构和地区布局在很大程度上取决于劳动资料尤其是生产工具的技术水平;从微观层次看,工业企业的组织方式和技术水平直接作用于企业的劳动控制方式。新中国成立以来,从我国工业化战略的总体目标到工业劳动过程的具体特点,都体现出劳动至上、人民至上的价值宗旨,体现出社会主义本质。社会主义本质是决定我国工业化和工业劳动过程具有制度优势的根本原因。

The mechanism of industrialization in the aspect of labour process is as followed.From the macro level,the industrialization strategy formulated by the state over a period of time determines the overall labour relations and the labour protection system in the labour process;from the meso level,the industrial structure and regional layout in China depend to a large extent on the technical level of labour materials,especially that of the means of production;from the micro level,the organization mode and technical level of industrial enterprises directly affect the way they control labour.Since the founding of New China,from the general objectives of China’s industrialization strategy to the specific characteristics of the industrial labour process,all of them have reflected the value tenets of the primacy of labour and the people as well as the essence of socialism.The essence of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental that define the institutional advantages of industrialization and the industrial labour process in China.
