我国农村集体经济优越性探析

The Superiority of China’s Rural Collective Economy

我国农村集体经济是一项具有统合功能的总体性制度安排,其优越性正源于此,应从多个维度出发加以理解,包括社会化的农业生产方式、集体土地所有权、集体经济组织形式以及“集体所有,双层经营”的经营体制等。当前,我国农村集体经济发展面临农地细碎化、集体经济组织弱化等突出问题。对此,应结合我国具体国情、农情和特定阶段的现实条件,坚持从历史、整体、系统的视角出发,充分尊重农民的实践创造,坚持道路自信,以进一步充分发挥农村集体经济的优越性。

The superiority of China’s rural collective economy lies in the fact that it is an overall institutional arrangement with a unified function,which should be understood from a number of dimensions such as socialized agricultural production,collective land ownership,collective economic organization,and the system of“collective ownership,two-tier management”.At present,the development of China’s rural collective economy is faced with such prominent problems as the fragmentation of agricultural land and the weakening of collective economic organisations.In this regard,we should start from China’s specific national conditions,agricultural conditions and the realities of a particular stage,adhere to a historical,holistic and systematic perspective,fully respect the practical creation of farmers,and stick to the path of confidence,in order to further give full play to the superiority of the rural collective economy.
