Against the worldwide background of the unprecedented changes of the past hundred years,the world socialist movement has demonstrated new trend.Mainly,the power balance between socialist countries and capitalist ones has shown“the rise in the east and the fall in the west”.The socialist movement in different countries has shown extensive development,while China boasts its leading advancement in the movement.Assessing the future of the world socialist movement from a broad historical perspective,we can see that the socialism worldwide in the 21st century is moving towards revitalization through change and development.In the face of the future trend of world socialism,and in order to accurately grasp the opportunity of the unprecedented changes of the century,it is necessary to strengthen the precise comprehension of the global significance of socialism with Chinese characteristics,further the study of the internal and fundamental contradictions of capitalist society,deepen the study of the union between socialist forces and the in-depth study of the technological revolution,with the aim of promoting the grand development of world socialism in the midst of the unprecedented changes of the past hundred years.
