苏联剧变三十年来研究中的一些错误观点及思考

Misconceptions and Reflections in the Studies of the Disintegration of the Former Soviet Union in the Past Thirty Years

苏联解体30余年来,我国学术界相关研究成果丰硕,基本弄清了这一重大历史事件的来龙去脉、应有的教训及对中国的启示等,同时也出现了不少令人担忧的问题,突出表现在形成了一些错误观点,严重误导了我国学术界和普通民众,严重威胁了我国意识形态安全。新时代要坚持中国共产党关于苏联共产党历史和苏联历史的正确结论,旗帜鲜明、理直气壮地反对针对苏联的历史虚无主义,注意区分学术问题、认识问题与政治问题、原则问题,坚持正确政治方向、政治原则、政治结论,通过理论辨析和思想引导解决认识分歧,努力达成共识,共同进步。

In more than thirty years since the disintegration of the former Soviet Union,the domestic academic community has made fruitful research results,basically clarifying the history of this major historical event,its causes,the lessons and the inspiration for China,etc.At the same time,troublsome problems have emerged with erroneous views,which seriously mislead our academic community and the general public and seriously threaten our ideological security.We should adhere to the correct conclusions of the CPC on the history of the Communist Party of the former Soviet Union and the history of the former Soviet Union,oppose historical nihilism against the former Soviet Union in a clear and justifiable manner,and pay attention to the distinction between academic,cognitive,political and fundamental issues.We should also adhere to the correct political direction and political principles,resolve differences in understanding through theoretical discernment and ideological guidance,strive to reach consensus,and make shared progress.
