乡村文化难题破解与中华优秀传统文化价值实现研究透析

On Solving Rural Cultural Problems and Realizing the Value of Excellent Traditional Culture

进入21世纪以来党中央第十九个关注“三农”问题的“一号文件”《中共中央国务院关于做好二〇二二年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见》正式发布。文件强调加强农耕文化传承保护,推进非物质文化遗产和重要农业文化遗产保护利用。优秀传统文化是乡村振兴的根基,有“培根铸魂”价值作用。当前,不少乡村文化难题待解:对优秀传统文化价值认识不足;传统文化受到多重冲击,道德失范挑战乡风文明;农村文化建设薄弱、供需失衡,等等。中华优秀传统文化价值现实路径主要包括:满足农民文化需求,纠正文化供需失衡;继承和创造结合、保护和开发并行;传承活化优秀传统文化,创新农村精神文明建设有效平台载体。

In Feb.2022,the 19th“No.1 Document”of the Central Committee of the CPC in the 21 st Century,which focuses on issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers,was officially released.The document emphasizes strengthening the protection of the heritage of farming culture and promoting the protection and utilization of intangible cultural heritage and important agricultural cultural heritage.Excellent traditional culture is the foundation of rural revitalization and has the value of“cultivating the roots and casting the soul”.At present,there are many cultural problems in the countryside that need to be solved:insufficient understanding of the value of excellent traditional culture,multiple impacts on traditional culture,moral misconduct challenging the civilization of the countryside,weak cultural construction in rural areas,imbalance between cultural supply and demand,etc.The major ways to realize the value of excellent traditional culture includes:meeting the cultural needs of farmers and correcting the imbalance between cultural supply and demand;combining inheritance and creation and paralleling protection and development;inheriting and revitalising excellent traditional culture and innovating effective platforms and carriers for the construction of rural cultural civilisation.
