On the Cultivation of New Farmers by the CPC in the Early Period of the Founding of the PRC(1949-1956)

乡村建设是中华民族长期面临的历史性课题,其中培育新农民是重要着力点。新中国成立后,中国共产党在农村接力"人的建设",通过文化教育、思想改造、基层党组织发展、典型示范、政治运动等方式对农民展开多维度的立体改造,着力于培育有文化、重集体、讲政治的新农民。改造农民便是改造国家,农民是推进国家现代化进程的重要力量,厘清新中国成立初期中国共产党培育新农民的治理技术及运行逻辑,对当前推进乡村振兴及人的全面发展具有重要参考价值。

Rural construction is a long-standing historical issue for the Chinese nation,whose focus lies in the cultivation of new farmers.After the founding of New China,the CPC took up"human construction"in rural areas and carried out a multi-dimensional transformation of farmers through cultural education,ideological transformation,development of grass-roots party oganizations,typical models and political campaigns,etc.,with the aim of cultivating new farmers who are well-educated,collectivism-oriented and politically conscious.Cultivating farmers,namely reforming the country,is an important force in promoting the national modernization.Clarifying the governance techniques and operational logic of the CPC in cultivating new farmers in the early years of the founding of New China is of great referential importance for rural revitalization and people’s all-round development.
