教育的凝聚人心功能探析

党的十八大以来,习近平就教育工作做出了一系列重要论述,将凝聚人心作为新时代教育工作的首要目标。充分发挥教育的凝聚人心功能符合教育发展规律,是提升教育效果的必由之路,也是社会发展的现实要求。当前,教育管理体制有待改善、教材质量评价体系不完善、教育目的功利化、教育方式简单化、教育内容空泛化等成为影响教育发挥凝聚人心功能的主要因素。对此,我们要坚持党对教育工作的全面领导,坚持社会主义办学方向,发挥社会主义核心价值观的引领作用以及教师的基础作用。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,President Xi Jin-ping has made a series of important speeches on education,taking uniting people’s hearts as the primary goal of education in the new era.In accordance with the rules of educational development,maximizing the unifying function of education is the only way to improve the effectiveness of education and the realistic requirement of social development.At present,the administration system of education requires improving,the evaluation system of teaching materials is under-satisfied,the purpose of education is utilitarian,educational methods are simplistic,the contents of education are empty,etc.They have become the main factors affecting the performance of education in uniting people’s hearts and minds.In this regard,we must adhere to the Party’s overall leadership of education,persist in the socialist direction of school-running,and give full play to the leading role of socialist core values and the fundamental role of teachers.
