高敏肌钙蛋白I与超敏C反应蛋白对3型心肾综合征诊断的影响

Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP as a predictor in patients with type 3 cardio-renal syndrome

目的观察高敏肌钙蛋白I和超敏C反应蛋白在3型心肾综合征和急性肾损伤患者表达水平及两者联合对3型CRS诊断的影响。方法95例患者分AKI组及3型CRS组,回顾分析两组间高敏肌钙蛋白I、超敏C反应蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮、B型脑钠肽等指标。结果3型CRS组高敏肌钙蛋白I、超敏C反应蛋白与BNP水平显著高于AKI组;高敏肌钙蛋白I、超敏C反应蛋白升高与3型CRS发病相关,两者联合诊断灵敏度较BNP高。结论高敏肌钙蛋白I与超敏C反应蛋白升高与3型CRS相关,高敏肌钙蛋白I与超敏C反应蛋白对3型CRS有一定诊断价值,两者联合可提高对3型CRS的诊断效能。

Objective To investigate the expression of Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP in the plasma of patients with type 3 CRS and those with AKI,and to evaluate the diagnostic value of Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP in patients with type 3 CRS.Methods A total of 95 AKI patients were divided into type 3 CRS group and AKI group.The levels of Hs-cTnI,Hs-CRP,Scr,BUN and BNP were measured.Results The levels of Hs-cTnI,Hs-CRP and BNP in type 3 CRS group were significantly higher than those in AKI group;The Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP were significantly correlated with type 3 CRS;The combined sensitivity of Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP was higher than that of BNP.Conclusion Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP are associated with type 3 CRS.The Hs-cTnI and Hs-CRP have a certain diagnostic value for type 3 CRS,and their combined diagnosis can moderately improve the diagnostic efficiency of type 3 CRS.
