ERAS结合麻醉恢复室护理应用于腹腔镜胃癌根治术

Application of ERAS combined with nursing in PACU in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胃癌根治术后加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在麻醉恢复室(PACU)护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月~2022年6月在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者100例,随机分为对照组(n=50,传统PACU护理模式)和观察组(n=50,ERAS护理模式)。记录两组患者全麻苏醒后的体温(T)、疼痛程度(VAS)、镇静-躁动评分(SAS)以及在PACU的留置时间和并发症的发生情况。结果苏醒后观察组患者体温、VAS评分和SAS分级优于对照组;观察组患者PACU留置时间更短且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ERAS理念应用于腹腔镜胃癌根治术后的PACU复苏护理,能够提高复苏质量,缩短PACU留置时间,加快手术室周转。

Objective To evaluate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy in the nursing of post-anesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods From January 2022 to June 2022,one hundred patients underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy under general anesthesia were enrolled and randomly divided into control group with traditional PACU care and observation group with ERAS care,with 50 cases in each group.The body temperature(T),visual analogue scale of pain(VAS),sedation-agitation score(SAS),retention time in PACU and the occurrence of complication were recorded after the two groups of patients woke up from general anesthesia.Results The temperature,VAS and SAS grade of the observation group were better than those of the control group;The PACU retention time in the observation group was shorter and the incidence of complication was lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference.Conclusion The application of ERAS concept in PACU recovery nursing after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can improve the quality of recovery,shorten the retention time of PACU,and accelerate the turnover of operating room.
