泸州市非物质文化遗产的保护、传承和合理利用研究报告

Research Report on the Protection, Inheriting and Rational Utilization of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Luzhou City

泸州非遗资源丰富,且具有鲜明的地域特色,近年来相关政策法规不断完善,学术研究逐步开展,非遗保护传承工作初见成效,泸州非遗"活态传承之路"也迎来新的挑战和机遇。本文在对泸州非遗现状分析的基础上,提出了泸州市非物质文化遗产的保护、传承和合理利用的总体思路:以政府为主导,以产教融合为基础,以成果为导向,以创新为驱动,以项目为依托,开展"六个一工程",启动"非遗+"战略,非遗与文创、旅游等产业联动发展,促进泸州非遗科学保护、传承和合理利用。

Intangible cultural heritage resources in Luzhou are rich and have distinctive regional characteristics.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of relevant policies and regulations,and increasing academic research,the protection and inheriting of intangible cultural heritage has achieved initial results which brings in new challenges and opportunities to the activity of"live heritage inheriting Road"of Luzhou.Based on the analysis of current intangible cultural heritage situation in Luzhou,this thesis puts forward the following overall thoughts of Luzhou intangible cultural heritage protection,inheritance and rational utilization as leading by the government,based on the integration of industry and education,oriented by results,driving by innovation,depending on projects,carrying our"Six One Projects",launching"Intangible plus"Strategy,and interactive developing of intangible,cultural creation and tourism products so as to promote the protection,inheritance,and rational use of intangible science in Luzhou.
