When designing constructions of residence community from the perspective of house buyer,the architectural designer must consider the external environment,internal environment and topography of the residence community,and carefully plan the architecture composition of the house,its orientation,appearance,and layout.When designing house type of the building,he must stick to economical design policy to improve the utilization rate of the inside house,so as to provide the possibility and convenience for the composite application and multi-functionalization of the space.Moreover,he should also try to provide large space to meet the psychology and needs of the buyer so as to increase house attractiveness and to increase vitality of the building.
