摘要
泸州市首届公费定向师范毕业生(以下简称"毕业生")于2019年7月毕业,已分配到了定向的古蔺、叙永、合江三县贫困地区乡村小学岗位任教。为了客观公正地了解泸州市首届公费定向师范毕业生的人才培养质量,泸职院小学教育专业教研室采用腾讯问卷发放、收回以及自动统计数据的方式,分别设计了针对古叙合三县教育和体育局、接收毕业生学校、毕业生的三种不同层面问卷。调查结果表明:泸州市首届公费定向师范毕业生达到了"师德高尚、专业水平较高、下得去、留得住、干得好"的培养目标。
The first public-funded normal college graduates of Luzhou City(hereinafter referred to as"graduates")graduated in July 2019,and have been assigned in poverty-stricken rural primary of three counties of Gulin,Xuyong and Hejiang.To objectively and impartially understand the talent training quality of the first public-funded normal college graduates in Luzhou City,Teaching and Research Office of Luzhou Vocational School Elementary Education has respectively designed three levels of questionnaires for the Teaching Bureau of Gulin,Cuyong and Hejiang,the schools receiving the graduates,and the graduates by way of tencent questionnaire issuing,withdrawing and automatic statistical data.The survey results show that the quality of such graduates has reached the training goals of"noble teacher ethics,high professional level,willing to work in poor conditions,willing to sacrifice and doing good job".
