The counselor work is closely related to students,while the quality of counselor work directly affects the development of the students.By analyzing the present situation of contemporary university students in higher vocational colleges,this thesis finds out key and difficult points in counselor work.Though counselor experience,this thesis also discusses counselor work and puts forward personal solutions to key working of counselor.
