摘要
高职学前教育专业的早期教育方向实践课程基础薄弱,校内及校外实训都无法满足培养学生早教课程实践能力的需求,同时大学社区中的教职工家庭对0-3岁婴幼儿教育和保育也有巨大的需求。通过对大学社区中学前教育专业早教课程开展情况以及0-3岁婴幼儿家庭的育儿情况进行调查,了解大学社区中教师、学生和家庭三方主体的需求和条件基础,分析存在的问题,并提出了对策及建议。
The basement of practice curriculum of early education belonging to preschool education in higher vocational education is weak,which means to say,the practical training in and out of campus cannot satisfy the demand of practice training of early education.Meanwhile,there is an enormous demand of education and caring in the faculty families which are bringing up children aged 1-3 in the campus community.Based on the investigation of the development of pre-secondary education courses in college communities and the parenting situation of 0-3-year old infants,this paper aims to understand the needs and conditions of teachers,students and families in college communities,analyze the existing problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
