Analysis on the Impact of Fabricated Construction Industry Policy of Luzhou Municipal Government on Transformation and Upgrading of Construction Enterprise

国家实施绿色建筑战略,大力发展装配式建筑,各级政府出台相关政策支持,促进建筑业和企业转型升级。本文根据泸州市人民政府已出台的有关装配式建筑产业政策,研究分析这些政策预期和对建筑施工企业的影响,进而分析这些政策对泸州市建筑施工企业转型升级的推动作用。

Under the national green building strategy of vigorously developing fabricated construction,governments at all levels issue relevant policy to support and promote the transformation and upgrading of construction industry and enterprises.Based on the policy of fabricated construction industry by Luzhou Municipal Government,this paper studies and analyses the anticipation of these policies and their impact on construction enterprises,and analyses the role of these policies in promoting transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises in Luzhou.
