中国共产党破解历史周期率的哲学基础及其实践

The CPC’s Philosophical Basis and Practice of Deciphering the Historical Cycle Rate

历史周期率意指政权陷入一种治乱循环、兴衰沉浮的不稳定状态,对执政者而言是关涉政权稳固、实现长期执政和国家长治久安的根本性问题。作为百年大党,中国共产党立足长期执政地位,深刻思考历史周期率问题并致力于从根本上予以破解。历经百余年艰辛探索和成功实践,中国共产党找到人民监督和自我革命两个答案。从马克思主义哲学基础来看,中国共产党超越封建政权唯心史观的局限,以马克思主义人民史观为价值引领;突破封建政权循环史观的束缚,以马克思主义发展观确立的人的全面发展为目标驱动;以马克思主义辩证法为方法论遵循,正确运用了否定之否定规律、内外因辩证关系原理、认识和实践辩证关系原理。由此,中国共产党不仅在理论认识层面破解历史周期率,而且在实践层面开辟了符合中国式现代化的中国特色社会主义道路。

The historical cycle rate means that the regime falls into a cycle of chaos,an unstable state of rise and fall.For the ruling party,it is a fundamental issue related to the stability of the regime,the realization of long-term governance and the long-term stability of the country.As a century-old party,the Communist Party of China,based on its long-term ruling position,seriously treats and deeply thinks about the problems raised by historical cycles,and is committed to fundamentally solving them.After more than a hundred years of arduous exploration and successful practice,the CPC has found the two answers of people’s supervision and self-revolution.If we look at the foundation of Marxist philosophy,the CPC first transcends the limitations of the heroic view of history of the feudal regime and is guided by the Marxist people’s view of history.Secondly,the CPC breaks through the shackles of the feudal regime’s cyclical historical view,and achieves the goal-driven development of the Marxist concept.Finally,it follows the Marxist dialectics as the methodology,and correctly uses the law of negation of negation,the principle of dialectical relationship between internal and external causes,and the principle of dialectical relationship between cognition and practice.Because of this,the CPC not only deciphered the historical cycle theory at the level of theoretical understanding,but also opened up a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics in line with Chinese-style modernization at the practical level.
