随着“全球南方”的浮现,国际学术界的相关研究也在蓬勃兴起,并且引发广泛的关注和讨论。“全球南方”研究的兴起表现在人文社会科学多个领域,既专注于国家间关系的变化,又拓展了社会间关系研究的视角,在很大程度上超越了人文社会科学已有的思维定式,为人文社会科学的知识生产和理论创新注入了新的活力。“全球南方”的浮现实际上正在改变大国兴衰的历史条件,对基于美西方历史经验的国际关系学理论提出了新的挑战,同时也直接触及了“世界之变”“时代之变”和“历史之变”问题。对正在兴起中的“全球南方”研究进行一次系统的梳理和评价,无疑具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。

With the emergence of the"Global South",relevant research in the international academic community is also booming.These studies are a dynamic reflection of the collective rise of southern countries since the 21stcentury,and are also deeply influenced by the imbalance and comprehensive development of global capitalism on the relationship between societies.At the same time,they are also the product of academic reflection and knowledge production renewal.The rise of"Global South"research is a common trend among multiple disciplines in the humanities and social sciences.It takes national units,sub-national units,and transnational networks as its analytical objects.And by"recovering South"it makes an revision of intellectual hegemonism and Eurocentrism existing in the discipline.As far as the reality of the current historical changes in international relations is concerned,the observations of the"Global South"research are not limited to the great power game and power transfer theories in Western academic circles,but also focus on the evaluation of the rise of non-Western powers from different perspectives,and direct and indirect discussion of the issues of"change of the world","change of the times"and"change of history".A systematic review of the emerging"Global South"research is undoubtedly of great academic and practical significance.
