全体人民共同富裕的实质是确保劳动者的剩余劳动不被他人无偿占有,劳动者成为自己全部劳动的真正主人,这也是社会主义的本质要求。实现共同富裕必须以社会财富充分涌流为前提,而资本逻辑是有效配置生产要素和激发社会财富增殖的重要抓手与推动力,是促进高质量经济发展和财富增长的重要工具。然而,资本的天性是剥削劳动者的剩余价值,这必将导致社会财富分配占有的两极分化和创造财富的劳动者相对贫困,这是与社会主义共同富裕目标背道而驰的。因此,共同富裕行稳致远就必须治理好资本和劳动的关系,采取有力措施驾驭和超越资本逻辑的现代本性,规范资本的竞争行为,保护和激活劳动者辛勤劳动和增殖财富的创造伟力,让资本的力量服从和服务于共同富裕的价值目标,在高质量发展社会经济的进程中有序推进共同富裕。

The essence of the common prosperity of all the people is to ensure that the surplus labor of laborers is not taken by others for free,and that the laborers become the real masters of all their labors,which is also the essential requirement of socialism.Achieving common prosperity must be premised on the full flow of social wealth,and capital logic is an important starting point and driving force for effectively allocating production factors and stimulating the proliferation of social wealth,and an important tool for promoting high-quality economic development and wealth growth.However,the nature of capital is to exploit the surplus value of laborers,which will inevitably lead to the polarization of social wealth distribution and the relative poverty of wealth-creating laborers,which is contrary to the goal of common prosperity of socialism.Therefore,in order to achieve stability and long-term common prosperity,we must manage the relationship between capital and labor,take effective measures to control and surpass the modern nature of capital logic,regulate the competitive behavior of capital,protect and activate the creative power of laborers’hard work and increase wealth,so that the power of capital obeys and serves the value goal of common prosperity,and promotes common prosperity in an orderly manner in the process of high-quality social and economic development.
