中国特色社会主义需要有经济学的中国理论和中国新解。中国特色社会主义的经济学理论,并不是对以往的政治经济学以及基于“微观—宏观”范式的西方主流经济学的完全否定,而是在中国经济发展极大地拓展了市场经济新空间的现实条件下,对经济学研究空间的新拓展。中国特色社会主义的市场经济学是深刻地嵌入中国创造的人类文明新形态之中的,不仅是经济理性的张扬,更是文明积淀的造物。中国特色社会主义的市场经济,必须在坚持集体利益主导原则的前提下,实现资源配置的市场决定。中国特色社会主义市场经济的产业组织政策,基本取向上是公平竞争和市场决定,并与世界主要国家产业组织的市场秩序具有基本一致的市场经济制度逻辑。另一方面,中国特色社会主义市场经济重要的“域观性质”,体现在产业组织和产业政策体系的制度逻辑及政策体系上,具有区别于一般市场经济国家的显著特质。在中国特色社会主义的制度逻辑下,中国企业应具有更强的亲社会性。作为特殊企业的中国国有企业,需要更好地在经济全球化条件下实现国际经营的亲社会性企业组织建设和进行运行模式适应性探索。从根本上说,这体现了经济全球化时代的“人类命运共同体”取向,是各类企业都要顺应的经济社会发展趋势。

Socialism with Chinese Characteristics requires a Chinese theory of economics and a new Chinese interpretation.The economic theory of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is not a complete denial of the previous political economy and Western mainstream economics based on the"micro-macro"paradigm,but a new expansion of economics research space in which China’s economic development has greatly expanded the new space of market economy.The market economics of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is deeply embedded in the new form of human civilization created by China.It is not only the publicity of economic rationality,but also the creation of civilization.The market economy of Socialism with China Characteristics must realize the market decision of resource allocation under the premise of adhering to the principle of collective interests.The basic orientation of the industrial organization policy of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is fair competition and market decision,and it has basically the same market economic system logic as the market order of industrial organizations in major countries in the world.On the other hand,the important"domain nature"of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is reflected in the institutional logic and policy system of the industrial organization and industrial policy system,and has significant characteristics that are different from general market economy countries.With the institutional logic of socialism with Chinese characteristics,Chinese enterprises should be more pro-social.As special enterprises,Chinese state-owned enterprises need to better realize the construction of pro-social enterprise organization of international operation and explore the adaptability of operation mode under the conditions of economic globalization.Fundamentally,this reflects the"community with a shared future for mankind"in the era of economic globalization,and is an economic and social development trend that all enterprises must follow.
