任何时代的统治阶级要巩固自身的统治地位并为统治的合法性辩护,必须掌握政治上层建筑和思想上层建筑的领导权,其中重要方面就是意识形态话语权。中国共产党领导全国各族人民为实现民族复兴从站起来、富起来到强起来的过程中,牢牢掌控意识形态话语权是必然要求。坚持意识形态话语权是新时代坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的基本方略"坚持党对一切工作的领导"的应然要求,否则,如果不掌握意识形态工作领导权,党的一切领导工作就会失去理论指导、理想指引、道德约束、价值牵引。

In order to consolidate its dominance and defend its legitimacy,the ruling class in any era must take the leadership of political superstructures and ideological superstructures,an important aspect of which is the voice of ideology.The Communist Party of China has led the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country and has achieved national rejuvenation from standing up,getting rich and becoming strong.It has proved to be an inevitable requirement to firmly control the ideological voice.Upholding the ideological voice is the basic requirement for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era."Upholding the Party’s leadership over all work"should be required.Otherwise we will suffer the loss of theoretical guidance,ideal guidance,moral constraints,and value traction.
