摘要 肺高血压是以肺血管阻力持续增加为特征的综合征,早期常因临床表现缺乏特异性而易被延误诊断。肺高血压预后较差,疾病晚期可导致右心衰竭而死亡。长链非编码RNA是一类长度>200 nt且不编码蛋白质的非编码RNA,可通过染色质修饰、转录或转录后调控的方式影响许多疾病的发生、发展和转归。肺高血压的发病机制复杂,其中长链非编码RNA在肺血管病理性重塑中的重要作用得到广泛关注。本研究对长链非编码RNA在肺高血压中的作用机制进行阐释,以期为其诊断及干预提供新的思路。 Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a syndrome characterized by persistent increase in pulmonary vascular resistance.Due to lack of specificity in clinical manifestations,patients at the early stage of PH are prone to delayed diagnosis.The prognosis of PH is poor and at the late stage of the disease,it may result in right heart failure and even death.Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is a type of non-coding RNA longer than200 nt.LncRNA affects the incidence,progression,and prognosis of diseases through regulating chromatin remodeling and gene expression at the transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels.Among the complicated pathogenic mechanisms of PH,the roles of lncRNA in the pathological remodeling of pulmonary vessels have attracted wide attention.This review sought to elucidate the acting mechanism of lncRNA in PH,in the hope of providing new leads to the diagnosis of and intervention in this disease.
