单纯前切除术治疗直肠脱垂的临床研究

Clinical study of rectal prolapse treated with simple anterior resection

目的回顾性分析单纯直肠前切除术治疗直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法对23例脱垂长度在4 cm以上的直肠脱垂患者采用单纯直肠前切除手术进行治疗。结果患者未发生输尿管损伤、骶前静脉损伤、吻合口瘘、排尿功能及性功能障碍等手术并发症。所有患者随访2个月至7年,平均4年,均未出现肛门坠胀、大便排出困难、排便不净感等症状。结结论单纯直肠前切除术治疗直肠脱垂手术操作简单、疗效确切、并发症少,值得临床选择应用。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of rectal prolapse treated with simple rectal resection.Methods Twenty-three patients with rectal prolapse whose length was above 4 cm were treated with simple rectal anterior resection.Results No complications such as ureteral injury,sacral anterior venous injury,anastomotic fistula,voiding function and sexual dysfunction.All cases were followed up from2 months to 7 years with an average of 4 years.In all patients there appeared no anal bulge,stool discharge difficulties,unclean sense of defecation and other symptoms.Conclusions Simple rectal resection for rectal prolapse is simple,effective and less complicated,thus being worthy of clinical choice.
