Professor ZHANG Jueren’s Clinical Experience in Treating Corona Virus Disease 2019 Mental Rehabilitation by Applying the Theory of “Five Mental Viscera” in Benshen·Micraculous Pivot

新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)患者大多存在不同程度的失眠、焦虑、抑郁,严重者存在创伤后应激障碍。精神康复为新型冠状病毒肺炎康复治疗的重要一端。中医对于精神康复治疗有其临床优势。"五神脏"理论是中医诊治精神类疾病的主要理论,充分体现了中医学"形神统一"的思想。张觉人教授认为新型冠状病毒肺炎的精神康复在于调治"五神脏"。该文从"五神脏"的内涵出发,从悲伤肺、魄失藏与焦虑,脾气虚、意难存与抑郁,胆火旺、心神扰与焦虑,心气虚、神失养与失眠四个方面,对张觉人教授运用《灵枢·本神》"五神脏"理论治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎精神康复患者的临床经验进行总结。

Most corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)patients suffer from varying degrees of insomnia,anxiety,depression,and post traumatic stress disorder in severe cases.Mental rehabilitation is an important part of COVID-19 rehabilitation.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has clinical advantages in the treatment of mental rehabilitation.The theory of“five mental viscera”is the main theory of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of mental diseases,which fully embodies the thought of“unity of form and spirit”in TCM.Professor ZHANG Jueren thinks the mental rehabilitation of COVID-19 lies in adjusting and treating“five mental viscera”.Starting from the connotation of“five mental viscera”,and from the following four aspects,“sadness damages to the lung,soul loses collection”and anxiety,“the spleen’s gas deficiency,the mind is difficult to be retained”and depression,“strong bravery fire,disturbed mind”and anxiety,“the heart’s gas deficiency,the mind loses nourish”and insomnia,this paper summarizes professor ZHANG Jueren’s clinical experience in treating COVID-19 mental rehabilitation by applying the theory of“five mental viscera”in Benshen·Micraculous Pivot.
