糖尿病肾脏疾病发病机制研究进展

Research Progress of Mechanism of Diabetic Kidney Disease

糖尿病肾脏疾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)作为糖尿病最常见的微血管合并症,已成为目前全球终末期肾脏病的首要病因。因此,近些年人们对DKD的关注度越来越高,目前无特异性治疗方法,中医药的用药探索已成为临床研究的重点和热点问题。对于疾病机制探究尤为重要。检索"糖尿病肾脏疾病""机制"关键词,并在SinoMed、知网、维普、万方和PubMed数据库查找近年文章,分别从炎症反应、氧化应激、内质网应激、胰岛素信号转导机制、血管病变机制、免疫应激反应、表观遗传途径、细胞去分化几方面机制对其综述,以期在中医药中挖掘靶标,为DKD的防治提供更好的借鉴。

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD),as the most common microvascular complication of diabetes,has become the leading cause of end-stage renal disease in the world.Therefore,in recent years,people pay more attention to DKD.At present,there is no specific treatment.The exploration of traditional Chinese medicine has become the focus and hot issue of clinical research.It is particularly important to explore the mechanism of disease.With the keywords of“diabetic kidney disease”and“mechanism”,we searched SinoMed,CNKI,VIP,WanFang and PubMed databases for articles in recent years,and reviewed the mechanisms of inflammatory response,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,insulin signal transduction mechanism,vascular disease mechanism,immune stress response,epigenetic pathway,and cell dedifferentiation,respectively to explore the target in traditional Chinese medicine and provide a better reference for the prevention and treatment of DKD.
