三通推拿法配合温经通督针刺在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中应用研究

Application of Three-way Massage Combined with Warming Meridians and Dredging Governor Vessel Acupuncture in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析三通推拿法配合温经通督针刺在腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)治疗中的应用研究。方法回顾性分析我院在2018年1月—2019年3月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者共100例,根据采取的治疗方式不同,分为对照组和研究组,对照组48例,给予三通推拿法治疗,研究组52例,给予三通推拿法+温经通督针刺治疗,观察研究两组患者治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)以及治疗有效率情况。结果治疗前两组ODI、JOA评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组内比较随着时间延长ODI、JOA评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较研究组治疗后1周及治疗后3周的ODI、JOA评分相同时间节点均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗前两组疼痛VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);组内比较随着时间延长疼痛VAS评分显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较研究组治疗后1周及治疗后3周的疼痛VAS评分相同时间节点均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用三通推拿法配合温经通督针刺的治疗方式可避免患者机体手术创伤,缓解患者疼痛感受,提高临床治疗有效率,进而加速患者恢复进程,值得推广。

Objective This paper analyzes the application of three-way massage and warming meridians and dredging governor vessel acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LIDP).Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 was made.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group.48 cases in the control group were treated with three-way massage,52 cases in the study group were treated with three-way massage+warming meridians and dredging governor of vessel acupuncture.Oswestry was observed before and after treatment OSI,JOA,VAS and the effective rate of treatment.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in ODI and JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);within the group comparison,ODI and JOA scores were significantly reduced with the time prolonging(P<0.05);the same time node of ODI and JOA scores between the two groups after the treatment for one week and three weeks was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was significant;there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the difference was significant(P<0.05);the difference was significant(P<0.05);the same time node of pain VAS score of the study group after 1 week and 3 weeks of treatment was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-way massage method combined with warming meridians and dredging governor vessel acupuncture treatment can avoid the patients’body trauma,relieve the patients’pain,improve the efficiency of clinical treatment,and then accelerate the patients’recovery process.
