基于络病理论探析糖尿病及其并发症中医病机

Pathogenesis Analysis of Diabetes and Its Complications in TCM Based on the Theory of Collateral Disease

近年来随着人们日益不良的生活方式,糖尿病患病率逐年增长。患者由于体内血糖的不断增加使机体的多个脏腑受到影响,导致一系列严重的慢性并发症。中医络病学包括对络脉与络病理论的研究,是中医基础理论的重要组成部分。络脉是沟通机体内外的桥梁,络病是指不同的病邪在疾病发展过程中深入脏腑,伤及络脉,导致其功能与结构的异常改变从而引发机体的病变,广泛存在于多种难治性疾病的病理状态。文章以络病理论为依据,对糖尿病及其并发症的病机特点、发病规律进行探讨,整体与局部辨证相结合,可以指导临床更好地进行防治与诊疗。

In recent years,with people’s increasingly unhealthy lifestyles,the prevalence of diabetes has increased year by year.Due to the continuous increase of blood sugar in the patient,multiple organs of the body are affected,resulting in a series of serious chronic complications.The study of collateral disease in TCM attaches importance to the study of collaterals and collateral disease theory,and is an important part of the basic theories of TCM.The collaterals are the bridge between the body and the outside of the body.Collateral disease means that different pathogens penetrate into the viscera during the development of the disease,injure the collaterals,cause abnormal changes in their functions and structures,and trigger the body’s pathological changes.Pathological conditions in curative diseases.Based on the theory of collateral disease,this article discusses the pathogenesis and pathogenesis of diabetes and its complications.The combination of overall and local syndrome differentiation can guide clinical prevention and diagnosis and treatment.
