脑卒中后认知障碍康复治疗进展

Progress in Rehabilitation of Cognitive Impairment After Stroke

认知障碍是卒中患者常见的临床特征之一,可进一步发展为血管性痴呆,严重影响其预后。康复训练是脑卒中后认知障碍的有效治疗手段之一,其有助于患者认知功能、日常生活能力的提高以及生存质量的改善。文章主要综述康复治疗在脑卒中后认知障碍的临床应用,包括传统康复治疗、认知功能训练、现代新型康复技术和运动疗法等。

Cognitive impairment is one of the common clinical features of post-stroke patients,which can further develop into vascular dementia and seriously affect the prognosis.Rehabilitation training is one of the effective treatments for cognitive impairment after stroke,which is helpful to the improvement of cognitive function,ability of daily life and quality of life.This article mainly reviews the clinical application of rehabilitation therapy in cognitive disorders after stroke,including traditional rehabilitation therapy,cognitive function training,modern new rehabilitation technology and exercise therapy.
