中成药防治心力衰竭研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Treatment of Heart Failure

文章对中医药在心力衰竭防治方面的研究进展做一综述,主要包括对常用抗心力衰竭中成药及中药针剂的中药药理作用、临床疗效安全性方面进行介绍。文章综述的大部分中医药在临床运用方面仍缺乏大规模的循证医学证据。因此,需要加强进一步的科学研究、文献整理,从而推动中医药的现代化研究,推进中医药的国际化。

This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of heart failure,mainly including the introduction of the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacological effects and clinical efficacy and safety of commonly used anti-heart failure proprietary Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine injections.Most of the traditional Chinese medicines reviewed in this article still lack large-scale evidence-based medical evidence in clinical application.Therefore,we need to strengthen further scientific research and documentation,so as to promote the modernization of Chinese medicine and promote the internationalization of Chinese medicine.
