当归六黄汤加减治疗糖尿病多汗症临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction(当归六黄汤)in the Treatment of Diabetic Hyperhidrosis

目的探讨当归六黄汤加减治疗糖尿病多汗症的临床疗效分析。方法将2019年1月—2020年12月收治的92例糖尿病多汗症患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规西医降糖治疗,包括控制饮食和运动锻炼,口服降糖药物或皮下注射胰岛素,口服甲钴胺片、谷维素片等,在此基础上,观察组使用当归六黄汤加减治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、血糖及相关血生化指标变化、中医证候积分变化、不良反应。结果观察组治疗有效率为93.48%,明显高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、血清糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后多汗、盗汗、气短乏力、心悸失眠、手足心热等中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组头晕、乏力、恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当归六黄汤加减治疗糖尿病多汗症的临床疗效显著,能有效减少汗出,减轻中医证候,改善糖脂代谢,降低血液黏稠度,且安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction(当归六黄汤)in the treatment of diabetic hyperhidrosis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,92 patients with diabetic hyperhidrosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,including diet control and exercise,oral hypoglycemic drugs or subcutaneous insulin injection,oral mecobalamine tablets,oryzanol tablets,etc.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,the clinical efficacy,changes of blood glucose and related blood biochemical indexes,changes of TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 73.91%of the control group(P<0.05);the FPG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TG,LDL-C,plasma viscosity,FIB of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of dizziness,fatigue,nausea,vomiting and other adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Liuhuang Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of diabetic hyperhidrosis,which can effectively reduce sweating,reduce TCM syndromes,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,reduce blood viscosity,and has high safety,which has positive clinical significance.
