基于温病学“分消走泄法”现代临床应用进展

Based on the Febrile Diseasr Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine “Elimination of Pathogens Through Purgation and Diuresis” in the Progress of the Clinical Application

"分消走泄法"源流于《内经》,首先提出见于叶天士《温热论》,此后分消走泄法在临床中历代医家不断总结创新,并与其它经典理论交叉、融合、补充,创立一系列经典方剂。基于中医经典理论为指导,结合现代医家临床诊疗经验,从中医学理法方药角度探讨分消走泄法对于现代临床诊疗中如外感湿热、邪在少阳、疫疠邪气伏于膜原,及内伤杂病中营卫不和、气血津液输布失常、脏腑功能失调、湿热瘀血等病因病机下,现代医家灵活运用分消走泄理论指导临床不同系统疾病异病同治的经验,为进一步理解经典理论,认识其内涵,拓展其应用,指导其临床进行探索。

The origin of this method is found in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,and first put forward at YE Tianshi Treatise on Epidemic Febrile Diseases.Since then,the method of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis has been constantly summarized and innovated by Chinese medical experts,and with other classical theories of the intersection,fusion,complement,to create a series of classical prescription.Based on the classical theory of TCM as a guide,combined with modern doctors’clinical experience.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,the method of elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis for the treatment of modern clinical diseases is discussed.The objective is to analyze the experience of TCM applying this theory to the clinical treatment of different diseases.To further understand the classical theory,use the classical theory,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
