针刺联合雷火灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion Treatment of Cold Dampness Blockage Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨针刺联合雷火灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床研究。方法选取寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者72例,随机分为治疗组(36例)、对照组(36例)。对照组:甲氨蝶呤+洛索洛芬钠片+普通针刺;治疗组:在对照组药物治疗方案的基础上加针刺联合雷火灸。结果(1)对照组总有效率83.3%,治疗组总有效率94.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)与治疗前相比,两组晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数、关节肿胀个数均减少(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组晨僵时间、关节疼痛个数、关节肿胀个数较少(P<0.05)。(3)与治疗前相比,两组类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、Nod样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)水平均降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,治疗组RF、CRP、ESR、NLRP3水平较低(P<0.05)。结论运用针刺联合雷火灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎疗效可靠,奏效迅速,操作方便,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Clinical study of acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment of cold dampness blockage type rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 772 patients of rheumatoid arthritis of cold dampness obstruction type in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 patients each.The control group was given methotrexate+Loxoprofen Sodium Tablets+common acupuncture.Treatment group:Thunder and fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Results(1)Compared with 83.3%in the control group,94.4%in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05);(2)Compared with before treatment,the number of morning stiffness,joint pain and joint swelling in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the number of morning stiffness,joint pain and joint swelling in the treatment group were less(P<0.05);(3)Compared with before treatment,RF,CRP,ESR and NLRP3 levels of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the levels of RF,CRP,ESR and NLRP3 in the treatment group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment of cold dampness blockage type rheumatoid arthritis is reliable,work quickly,easy operation,worthy of clinical application.
