基于活血化瘀理论探讨中药治疗寻常型银屑病临床运用

Clinical Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris Based on the Theory of Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

通过检索中英文数据库获取有关银屑病的相关文献,并进行整理归纳,总结近年运用活血化瘀理论治疗寻常型银屑病的研究进展,为活血化瘀作为治疗银屑病的重要思路提供更客观、科学的理论依据,促进活血化瘀理论在治疗寻常型银屑病的临床应用,为寻求治疗银屑病的新思路和新方法提供理论根据。文献分析结果表明免疫细胞紊乱是银屑病发病的重要因素,其"血分论治"与T细胞平衡存在相关性,活血化瘀疗法具有调节和平衡Th细胞表达的作用。血瘀证是该病的重要转归,临床运用活血化瘀理论治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效明显,治疗优势显著,但现代医学对银屑病的发病机制尚不明确,活血化瘀药对银屑病发挥作用的相关靶点、分子机制的研究也尚不充分,需进一步研究。

Through consulting Chinese and English databases,obtain the psoriasis,psoriasis etiology,changes in microcirculation function and clinical application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The research progress of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in recent years was summarized.It provides a more objective and scientific theoretical basis for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis as an important way of treating psoriasis.To promote the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis theory in the treatment of the clinical application with psoriasis vulgaris.It provides theoretical basis for seeking new ideas and new methods for the treatment of psoriasis.The results of literature analysis showed that immune cell disorder was an important factor in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.“Blood aspect determine treatment”of psoriasis is associated with immune cell balance.The therapy of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis can regulate and balance the expression of T cells.In addition,the theory of blood stasis in Chinese medicine is similar to that of microcirculation disorder in Western medicine.Blood stasis is an important outcome of the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Clinical application of the theory of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has obvious curative effect and significant therapeutic advantages.Modern medicine to the pathogenesis of psoriasis is not clear.And,the relevant target and molecular mechanism of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on psoriasis have not been fully studied.However,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be regarded as an important idea in the treatment of psoriasis.In terms of treatment,it can be used as a basic principle throughout.
