围绝经期综合征是女性绝经前后因激素波动所致的一系列躯体及精神心理症状,其根本原因是生理性、病理性或手术引起的卵巢功能衰竭或耗竭,并伴随着较为复杂的并发症。该病发病时间久,严重危害女性的身心健康。该文分析归纳了肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征与某些临床客观化指标的联系,并对临床上从肾阴虚论治围绝经期综合征的治疗进展进行了归纳整理并加以比较。

Perimenopausal syndrome is a series of physical and psychological symptoms caused by hormone fluctuation before and after menopause. The root cause is ovarian failure or exhaustion caused by physiology,pathology or surgery,accompanied by complex complications. The disease has a long onset time,which seriously endangers women’s physical and mental health. This paper analyzes and sums up the relationship between kidney-Yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome and some clinical objective indicators,and summarizes and compares the clinical treatment progress of kidney-Yin deficiency type perimenopausal syndrome.
