扶正消积汤联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期食管癌临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoji Decoctio(扶正消积汤)Combined with Apatinib in Treatment of Patients with Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

目的观察扶正消积汤联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期食管癌的疗效差异。方法76例晚期食管癌患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组38例,对照组给予阿帕替尼单药治疗,试验组给予扶正消积汤联合阿帕替尼治疗,观察两组患者近期疗效及不良反应出现情况。结果对照组与试验组的无进展生存期(PFS)分别为11.2个月vs14.7个月,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组客观有效率(ORR)为39.47%(15/38),疾病控制率(DCR)为68.42%(26/38),试验组ORR为65.79%(25/38),DCR为78.95%(30/38),试验组均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);两组治疗后的生活质量、卡氏评分均明显高于治疗前(均P<0.05),且试验组明显高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗期间,试验组患者的药物不良反应发生率为7.89%,显著低于对照组的18.42%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正消积汤联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期食管癌疗效更好,不良反应少,值得临床进一步研究和应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Xiaoji Decoction(扶正消积汤)combined with apatinib for advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods 76 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,38 cases per group.The control group was treated with apatinib monotherapy.The experimental group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaoji Decoction combined with apatinib,the short-term curative effect and toxic/adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The PFS of the control group and the experimental group was 11.2 months vs 14.7 months,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The objective response rate(ORR)was 39.47%(15/38),disease control rate(DCR)was 68.42%(26/38),in the control group,ORR was 65.79%(25/38),DCR was 78.95%(30/38),in the experimental group,and the rates in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and the Kasper's scores after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores after treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the adverse reactions rate in the experimental group was 7.89%,which was significantly lower than 18.42%in the control group,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoji Decoction combined with apatinib has better curative effect on advanced esophageal carcinoma with less side effects.It is worthy of further clinical research and application.
