腕踝针结合桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Knee Osteoarthritis Treated by Wrist-ankle Acupuncture Combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤)

目的研究腕踝针结合桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法选取60例膝骨性关节炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,其中观察组采用腕踝针以及口服桂枝芍药知母汤加减方的方式进行治疗,对照组采用单纯桂枝芍药知母汤加减方治疗,1周为1个疗程,进行4个疗程后通过Lequesne指数评分以及WOMAC膝关节评分对治疗结果进行统计,评价观察组临床疗效。结果组患者在Lequesne指数评分以及WOMAC膝关节评分两组内对比显示,两种方式均能够有效治疗膝骨性关节炎,两组间对比方面显示,观察组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,在总体疗效上,观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的86.67%,且在显效率方面观察组亦优于对照组,提示腕踝针结合桂枝芍药知母汤能够有效改善患者膝关节症状以及提高日常生活的质量。结论腕踝针结合桂枝芍药知母汤加减方能够有效对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛症状进行缓解,同时亦能够改善患者的关节活动能力,提高生活质量,并且腕踝针技术操作简单便捷,在镇痛方面疗效突出,该结合疗法确有疗效,临床值得推广。

Objective To observed the clinical effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤)in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods 60 patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture and Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction,while the control group was treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction.After four courses of treatment,Lequesne index scores and WOMAC knee joint score were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the observation group.Results Both groups were able to treat knee osteodystrophy effectively,according to Lequesne index score and WOMAC knee score,compared with each group.The comparison between the two groups showed that both methods were effective in treating knee osteoarthritis and the observation group was superior to the control group,its difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),it was suggested that wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction could effectively improve patients'knee joint symptoms and improve the quality of daily life.Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction not only can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis,but also can improve the joint mobility of patients and the quality of life.Wrist-ankle acupuncture technique is simple and convenient to operated,in the aspect of analgesia,the curative effect is outstanding.The combined therapy is effective and worthy to be popularized.
